Shipping Methods

We try to use to most cost effective shipping method for your order. Small items and accessories are generally sent by Royal Mail. Larger items are generally sent by courier.

How quick is delivery?

It depends on whether we have the stock in our warehouse or not or whether your item is made specifically for you. Items we hold in stock are usually dispatched within 48 hours or so of us receiving your order and will go out on a courier delivery or standard post (depending on the size). Non-stock items may have to come in from the manufacturer or distributor and may take a little longer. If you need something very quickly, please call or email us. Items made to your specification will usually have a timescale for production with the product.

What packing materials do you use?

Packing is a fine balance between not wanting to add weight or bulk to a product (which may increase the delivery costs), not wanting to use ‘virgin’ packing materials (which are ultimately thrown away or recycled), and making sure the product arrives safely and securely. Wherever possible, we use the minimum amount of packing materials to ensure safe transit, in others, we will always try to recycle old boxes or use what we have to hand. In some cases, we may have to use ‘new’ packaging materials.
